SO easy and SO good. My husband likes it
better then our store bought one we
normally use. And my pickey
little man even ate it!! So its a keeper in
our house.
1 large can tomatoes-pured
1 onion diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup of water
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
In a large pot heat oil and saute onion and garlic until onions are
tender(about 3-5m)
Add in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer
for 2 hours.
Add in the cooked meatballs and simmer for another 30 minutes. If not using, you can freeze it for up to 6 months.
